ARRIVAL: If a transfer has not been arranged upon arrival, please take a taxi from the airport and make your way to the marina. At the latest two weeks prior to your arrival you should inform us about your flight number and arrival time, as we need to know, when to await you in the harbour. For you convenience we suggest to pre-book transfers.
CHECK IN: When your boat is ready the skipper and co-skipper will do the check-in procedures together with our staff. Based on our general inventory list, applayable to all the boats. The rest of the crew and your luggage should not be on board at this time. Further we will arrange your harbour papers and then you are ready to leave the harbour.Note: All Check-in will be done during day light time only. For late arrivals check in will take place, the next morning. CHECK OUT: Check out time is usually about 09:00 am, unless any other time is pre-arranged with you. In case of possible delays, when returning the yacht, you have to contact us at once, as most of the times, we have connecting charters and the boat has to prepare for the next charter. Make sure that you are close enough to the base that you can easily come back on the actual last day independent of the weather condition. Note: all check out will be done during day light time and after all your luggage are on the dock. PROVISIONS: Provision can be pre-ordered or can be obtained upon arrival. Pre-ordering is advisable, when arriving in the late afternoon or Sunday’s – National Holidays.
