Lavrio, is a small town nearby El. Venizelos airport in Athens. The visitors have the opportunity of seeing something different. The crumbling new - Classical public buildings of the 2 centuries ago and the workers houses, give the feeling of belonging to another world. Lavrio is the ideal starting point for trips in Argosaronic Gulf and among the Kyclades, appropriately passing by the temple of the God of the sea, Poseidon, which dominates the headland of Sounion.
